Undress for Sustainable Success | Introducing VIHN

Tragically the stories behind our wares often go unheard, and the process behind our (commonly) unethically produced garments forgotten.... But if Undress Runways have their way, this won’t be the case for much longer.

The brainchild of Australia’s largest sustainable fashion show, Undress Runways, VIHN is a sustainable fashion label with big plans currently being crowdfunded.

VIHN has collaborated with Lotus Silk, an ethical workspace in Cambodia, in an effort to create a label that feeds funds directly back into Lotus Silk and it’s workers

Confused? Edda Hamar, brains behind both Undress Runways and Vihn, explained the process to us. “Buy a VIHN dress and you fund child-care for the workers, buy a VIHN shirt and you fund education programs, buy a VIHN jacket and we add solar panels to the workspace,” she elaborates of the label. “We’re so excited to be working on something that will have such a direct impact on the garment industry.”

In order to launch this life-changing business, VIHN needs to reach the $10,000 mark on crowd funding site Start Something Good… something you may remember culture has had experience with in the past!
