Ever fancied seeing your work splashed across the covers of some of the world’s most elite publications? Dreams could soon become reality thanks to the fabulous folk over at ECO Hair Products who have launched a competition, which could send you on your way to stardom!
ECO Hair Products® have launched a photographic colour & styling competition for 2012. THE CHI STYLING EDITORIAL AWARDS and THE CHI COLOUR FASHION AWARDS. A photographic competition designed to allow stylists and colourists to create the latest in women’s hair fashion trends.
By combining elements of a traditional photographic competition and an editorial style competition, ECO Hair Products® is seeking the ideal women’s styling photograph and the most innovating colour work. Perfectly timed to coincide with the launch of the new CHI Ammonia Free and PPD Free Hair Colour, ECO Hair Products® is challenging colourists and stylists to test their skills to produce an image of a female hairstyle you would expect to see on the cover of a hair fashion magazine.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may choose a category that suits their talents, or enter both. If colour is your forte, the CHI Fashion Colour Award is the ideal platform. If you are known to create the ideal style then your challenge is set with CHI Styling Editorial Award. The competitions will have an entry fee of $50 per photo entered. Only CHI Colours & CHI Styling Products are to be used for these competitions.
Salons who do not carry CHI Styling/ CHI Colour products can purchase all they require through ECO Hair Products® as well as any of the authorised distributors listed. Entrants may submit more than one photograph per category. Simply send your completed entry form with model, photographer, make-up artist and stylist waiver form along with a disc containing your high-resolution professional photograph by Friday October 19th 2012 to:

THE AWARDS
The winners will be noti_ed on Monday, October 29th and will be featured on the www.ecohairproducts.com.au website and www.styleicons.com.au website. Full coverage of the winning images and other special award entries will be featured in the November issue of INSTYLE Magazine 2012.
THE PRIZES
The winners for each of the competitions will be named The Australian CHI Colour Champion 2012 and The Australian CHI Styling Champion 2012 and both will receive the coveted ECO Hair Products® trophy and a $2000 open travel voucher. There will be up to three additional special awards for the highest quality style and colour photographs for each section. These award winners will receive The ECO Hair Products® Special Award Trophies.
